Southern Thunder DodgeWhat started out as just a daily driver as slowly evolved to a slightly modified street pounder. I bought my 03 quad cab to replace my Dakota in July of 03. I soon realized that this truck had the much potential. The first thing I did was to replace than factory 17's with a set of Boss 301 20 inch rims wrapped with Eagle GT II 305/50/20 tires. After joining HTC I heard about the "superchip" and soon purchased one, the best mod for the money. Now it was time to do something with the trucks stance/ ÊA set of drop shackles and spring clamps dropped the rear of the truck and gave it a very aggressive look. A set of bilstien shocks and hellwig sway bar was next. After a slight accident with another truck it was time to do the front end conversion, I added the SRT-10 hood and front bumper. A bed soft bed cover from access was added shortly after that. The interior has been slightly modified with embroidered headrest and numerous billet accessories, and a 3 gauge dash pod, this mod was need to hold the pressure gauge for my lasts upgrade a ZEX wet nitrous kit. Although I still have many more ideas for future mods I do believe that I have one of the sweetest rides hear in my home town.
